vegetable (TEA) for Watering a container garden

I work in a restaurant and we get a TON of great veggie waste every day. Im wondering if I steam these and cool that vegetable tea water down overnight.Could I use that to water my container gardens with. I am going to do a test any way with 2 tomatoes plants. One with just water and organic fertilizer, the other just the TEA liquid. If it works I might be on to something, if it does not well then Im just on something.

Personally - I would just start a compost pile. Get the servers to put the used coffee grounds in a bucket for you while you are at it.

Sounds like an ideal situation for vermicomposting. Easier and 100x more beneficial for the plants.
