What is this vegetable?

| Hi can anyone help me identify this vegetable please? I think it might be Perpetual Spinach but am not sure as I planted lots of different seeds and have lost the labels. I also planted Pak Choi and from the images I have seen it could be any!! Many thanks |

| It's definitely a bok choi (bok choy, pak choi, pac choi; however you want to spell it). There was another very recent post regarding them that has some pics (linked below). Rodney |

| You can tell it's pac choi because of the thick white stems and spoon shaped leaves. It looks beautiful. |
