Pepper plants wilted?

I have been hardening off these two serrano pepper plants which I grew from seeds indoors for about the last week and a half. It was finally warm enough where I could leave them out over night which I did for 2 nights. When I came home from work yesterday they seemed to be really wilted and some of the leaves have kind of a weird texture-almost a little crispy. Yesturday was a bit cooler but not as intense sun as previous days so I don't think it's sun scald. I decided to bring them inside last night and maybe 1 or 2 leaves perked up but otherwise it's mostly the same. I have been fertilizing with fox farm about once a week for maybe 6 weeks now. It's been in the 50's at night, is that still too cold for them at night? Any other ideas what it could be?
