Mold on potato okay to plant after take mold off?

I ordered potato seeds and they had some that were sent by the seller with some of them cut and had white crusts and mold on them. I cut the rest of the bigger ones into egg size potatoes and found this mold on the inside. I was wondering if it would be okay to plant the other halves of the ones that had the mold. I will double check them before I plant them to make sure they is still none that I can see.

You could try dusting them with garden sulfur and see what happens. And you could grow the "off" ones in a container to make sure nothing bad gets started in your garden. I threw away (not composted) some unsafe-looking seed potatoes this year.

I would not do anythind. All you need eyes on seeds.
The seed will actually rot in the ground anyway. The starch in the seed is just food for the genes to nurish on while growing roots and stems.
