What kind of plant? They might be squash bug nymphs.

I don't think they're squash bug nymphs. They're lighter in color and their shape is a little different. Also, their eggs are an amber color, not clear/white.

Hi. I live outside of U.S. in a small tropical country. I don't know where or what plant they were found 'cause this photo is from a friend.

Some sort of plant bug, which actually is a technical term. :) it means that they most likely feed on plant juices which could make them a problem in large enough numbers. Examples of plant bugs in the US include stink bugs, squash bugs, leaf-footed bugs, and harlequin bugs. Some of those are obvious pests but others don't seem to be problems most of the time. We never had problems with the native stinkbugs growing up, except the occassional unpleasant tasting raspberry, for example. But now the marmorated stink bug has the potential to be quite damaging to some crops. So I couldn't tell you if those bugs are "bad" or not.

Look like the 4th Instar stage of Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs.
