rotting zukes

I have four huge, lush, healthy zucchini plants in my greenhouse--but I've gotten only one zuke!
I've grown zucchini successfully in the greenhouse before. I hand pollinate, but for some reason the baby zukes start to rot when they reach about 4" long.
I hand water; they're actually in the greenhouse to keep them dry-- it rains so much here they don't do well outside. Hmmm, can't think of anything else that might be the problem, any suggestions?
