Brown edges on bell pepper plant - pic

Hello,

I will start off with saying that I am a relative newbie to gardening. I have several pepper plants in containers on my balcony, including this red bell pepper plant that I am concerned about.

I have scoured google for similar images to try and get a proper diagnosis, but I can't seem to find anything similar. I am hoping someone here can tell me if this pepper plant is infected with a disease or fungus, or if it's something else entirely (over-watering?).

Most of the more mature leaves on the plant look like this:

The brown discolorations are mostly restricted to the leaf edges.

It should be noted that this red pepper plant shares an 18" rectangular planter with an orange pepper plant that is doing fine. This plant actually has some baby pepper pods formed, slightly larger than peas. The leaves / blossoms are not dropping.

If anyone is able to help or provide advice, I would be very grateful. :)
