outsmarted by the insects! what now?

I put up a net as a row cover over my raised bed planted with carrots, swiss chard and onions to keep out insects especially leaf miners that love my chard. Today, i found quite a few bright green round eggs on the net inside!

The point of having the net was to keep out the insects from laying eggs on the plants, but it seems the insects out smarted me! I think they are the eggs of some butterfly and i know the caterpillars when hatched will feat on my plants. Is there some sort of organic insecticide I can now spray over the eggs to kill them? I would rather not have to remove them all one by one by hand everyday!

thanks for any advice!
