Magda (Coosa) squash so yummy. Other Coosas?

I tasted the first squashes I have ever grown, Magda, a Coosa type squash and Sunburst, a yellow scallop squash. We had them lightly sauteed in butter with a little salt just to taste the flavor and texture. We all agreed that Magda tasted better by FAR, both in flavor and texture. The Sunburst was good but not if you just tasted Magda. Sunburst was also very watery. I suppose if I only had Magda I would be bored with it so variety is good.
Then I actively Googled âÂÂLebanese type squashâ to see if there are one or two others I might want to try. But I got SO many types of Coosa. For example here:
http://www.harrismoran.com/products/squash/arte.htm
and here:
http://www.unitedgenetics.com/products/squash/table.htm
It is hard to believe that there are that many of this variety and that they would taste different from one another appreciably? Maybe they just differ in yield, appearance or disease resistance?
Have any of you tried other types of Coosa and recommend it? I would appreciate that.
I also read on my search the Clare and Clarita are delicious Coosas?
Thank you so much.
