I've never grown tabasco, but the other 3 are pretty early producers compared to a lot of other peppers. Google DTM tabasco.

Also, look closely. Are there any flower BUDS at all?

I wouldn't repot it unless you feel it's in too small of a pot already -- this would just delay it even further.

You're right! DOH! I compared the maturity days for jalapeno and tabasco. Tabasco maturity is over 80 days. Jalapeno has two different maturities early (55-68 days) and mid (69-80). I'm pretty sure I have the early maturity jalapeno.

I was getting nervous there. I just have to be more patient. I planted the seedling late April/early May so I should start seeing some flowers late July/early August.

Gardening is a practice in patience. i don't have any but I'm getting better!

Probably a tad before that because it was a seedling and not a SEED. That's ok though -- you'll have to wait even more for them to fully ripen to red. ;)

My tabasco just started putting on fruit the last couple of days (only noticed the first peppers today). By comparison I have some hungarian wax that were planted out 2-3 weeks after the tabasco and the peppers on those are already ripening.

Ya, mine kind of looks like yours, Super, just shorter at the moment. Your plant looks so happy! I wish it would stop raining every other day so my peppers would get a good dose of sun a few days in a row. They aren't "sad", per say, they just seem...slow to grow (height, circumference, etc). They definitely aren't getting their 6+hours of daily sun...

So, just wanted to update you all but I must have 100 tabasco peppers on my plant with more still budding! My plant really took off in July. I only have 3 peppers turning red right now but all the others will turn red soon, I think. Home made tabasco sauce is in my future!
