Potassium bicarbonate. Available at beer and wine making shops -- found the better price to be at a local WINE making shop -- $6/lb.

Most commercial fungicides are organic certified. Neem oil is one. Sulfur(wettable or powder apllied) is another. I've even heard people use a milk solution.

The problem with PM is once it's there, it's almost impossible to cure. Next year, start treating from time of transplant. It can, however, be CONTROLLED enough to get some harvests usually. Gotta be diligent though... Weekly treatments.

Concur with Kevin. Cut off the leaves that are the most affected by the PM as soon as possible and throw them away. Keeping them on the plant will only make controlling the PM that much more difficult.

Forgot to mention that rodney. Yep, remove damaged foliage. Also, the recipe for the potassium bicarbonate is 4 tsp/gal of water.

Also, next year go easy with the hose. I installed drip in part to minimize the amount of spray in the air. I also use a watering can when possible, or water from really close.
