| We had a really hard rain ALL day yesterday and bunch if my plants are either laying on the ground or there stems are snapped! :( My biggest little shop of horrors looking zucchini's stem snapped and a couple of bean plants stems snapped. *sniffle* There is probably nothing I can do for them, but the other plants that are laying on the ground...is there anything I can do for them? Still no sun today and it's sprinkling on and off. Is there any hope for them? |
Follow-Up Postings:
| There is hope. I had a really bad storm a few weeks ago and it done a lot of damage. Most of it has recovered. |
| There is still enough time to direct seed both zucchini and beans for a back-up if they don't recover. |
| I had a lot of hail damage - amazing how the eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes came back. Be very gentle with them, and see who comes back. |
| You might want to try propping the ones laying over up if you can. |
