The plants might branch out new shoots at the bottom. I have had that happen.

Sorry to hear that. I had a light frost on June 5th that singed but did not seriously damage my tomatoes.
Yours should come back if they have at least one or two axillary buds above soil level. I've had tomatoes rebound this way in the fall after the first fall frost.
I'd say wait for the frosted foliage to dry out, then cut it off. It is merely a cosmetic issue.

Melfied - Don't you love Wyoming - I am on the other side of the state but our weather is similar - we do have a GH for the Tomatoes but for the outside crops - it is going to freeze tonight (25 degrees) and tomorrow night (29 degrees) - best advice - Cover Them!!!
