Carrot seedling rain damage what to do?

I uncovered my carrot rows & was jubilant to find an abundance of sprouts. That same evening we had torrential downpour..I mean heavy rainfall. Today I found my sprouts all battered, covered in soil...many broken.
My question is:
should or can I replant my carrots in the same spot? Taking into consideration the risk of carrot fly I would like to know how I should go about this if I do need to replant in the same spot.
I can replant between the previous rows( the rows damaged/broken by rain).
any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thank You in Advance....

I doubt that they broke. Wait a few days, most of them will recover. If the row is still full, you will thin less.

Thanks for your reply. Let's assume that after a few days none recover....
would it be advisable to re-dig & re-sow in the same rows? Is carrot fly maggot infestation caused by the recent crop failure an issue?
I prefer to replant & have full rows of carrots rather than leave one surviving carrot every 10 inches.

I'd leave them alone, I'll bet they're fine.
