Some plants wilting. Due to viruses?

I have a small garden that has 3 tomatoes, 1 eggplant, 2 broccoli, 4 zucchini, 3 pepper plants, and 4 patches of cucumber seedlings, with marigolds interspersed throughout. The Better Boy tomato is wilted throughout with yellow bottom leaves, 2 patches of cukes are wilting, and one set of broccoli leaves are wilting. We have had enough rain and the soil is damp. The other plants look good. Does this mean that some bacterial wilt or virus is claiming just the wilting plants? If I rip them out now, can I plant anything else in that hole the year? Sigh...
