Little caterpillar eating my radish seed pods

So, I was hoping to get some radish seeds from the seed pods my Watermelon Radish plant has been producing, but I've been battling with a little caterpillar that's been driving me crazy for the last few weeks. These things are pretty well destroying the seed pods before they get a chance to mature. Any idea what this little bugger is?

Another pod cleaned up. Now you can see the entry hole:

Any thoughts on what I can do to eradicate these little guys? They are only about 0.33 cm long, but they do a ton of damage. I've tried spraying BT on the plant (and especially the pods), but I live in Florida and it's been raining every single day and washing it away. I can't seem to keep it on there long enough to do any good.
