something is chewing my veggies

A very strange thing. Something has removed the leaves of my brussel sprouts, leaves of my nasturtiums and some tops of my baby carrots. I suspect this may be the work of a bunny. What should I do to stop it's attacks. I have a raised bed.

Fencing is the best option according to all the previous discussions here on this question. They also sell several different repellents that some report work to varying degrees.
