cucumbers slow growing

I have some rather healthy cucumber plants with vines over 4-5 ft long. They are loaded with flowers and cucs and have been for 2 weeks. The issue is the cucumbers have not started growing, there are 100's of them 1" long but not growing. Could too much fertilizer cause this ? I have a feeling when they do start growing I'll need a wheel barrel to cary them ...

I by NO means state that I know what I'm doing so with that being said mine are doing the same thing here.
I have healthy vines going up and spreading with great flowers yet tiny little bits of cucumbers. I didn't use fertilizer except 5-5-5 compost at planting so it may not be that.
I'm just trying to be patient as it seems healthy.

Same here... Zucchini planted same day already producing for 2 weeks, cucumbers gave me just 3 fruit and it is not pollination issue - I have self pollinated female only cukes.

Not warm enough.

Cucurbits need warm temperatures to take off. I would say 70s ++ and night temps over 50.
All these years gardening I have killed more cucumbers than any thing else, by planting too early, from seeds, from store bought starts

My vines are growing slow. Only 1 1/2' long!

I planted the seed directly in the garden in mid June.

The first seed that I planted in May, got ate by some creature so I had to replant.

It's been hot enough, so that's not the problem I have.
