What zone are you in? When did you plant? Can you post a picture?

They don't always have flowers. They may be starting to die back because they have finished growing. Scratch around gently and see if you can find some taters!

Those look pretty good. I think you've got a while before they die back.

As already mentioned, many varieties never flower. And it is far too early to dig those. They are still weeks from ready to harvest. Generally healthy looking too. Have you fed them well recently? Leaf color looks like they need some feeding.

Yes, agree with Dave, and a fungicide never hurts. I've sprayed mine 3 times already. Potato leaves need TLC.

I will keep them in ground as long as top is green. If soil temps remain under 75F(or so), tubers will grow. On the other hand potatoes need 3 to 4 month (from sprouting to harvest), depending on the variety. Yours are right in there.

they don't need to flower before harvest, i wouldn't worry too much about those spots, let them die off then harvest.
