Deffinateley any tomato fertilizer can be used on peppers. I use my tomato fertilizer on my tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, squash, cucumbers and melons.

For any fruiting vegetable it is fine. For leafy greens and corn and a few others it is too low in nitrogen.

The key isn't the name of the fertilizer. The key is understanding the nutrient ratings on the particular fertilizer - it is on the container - vs. the nutrient needs of the particular vegetable - available from any "how-to grow ______" (name of vegetable) info source.

Once you know that then all you need to work on is the proper timing of the fertilizer application for each vegetable.

There is also the sister product called Plant Tone. It is richer in nitrogen, and I tend to favor it over Tomato Tone. Why? Because many plants need more nitrogen...and SOME nitrogen can be lost through heavy rains...hello! Eastern and Midwest areas.
