Zone 9. What to plant now???

I am in Zone 9. I just finished installing 3 12x5 raised beds. (pics coming soon) Theses are additions to my 2 2x8 raised beds that I have had for 5 years.

I have my share of tomatoes, Corn, Egg plants & peppers of all sorts in my 2 older beds.

Please offer some suggestions of items I can start from seed this time of summer & still enjoy a crop in a few months.
