Time to pull the snap peas?

Noticing some die back on my snap peas, but a few of the vines are still growing. Several flowers have died back without producing. We had a weird snap of cool weather a week ago, but now we're in the upper 80s, steamy as hell, and only dropping to the 70s at night.

Is it time to pull the snap peas and stick some pole beans in their place?

Also, can I grow a fall crop of snap peas? Or do they not do as well in the fall?

I would. In fact I did a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if you can still do pole beans where you are. I'm getting my sugar snap area ready for a fall planting of kale, leeks, carrots, etc.

I've never had much luck with sugar snaps in the fall, but I know some people who are successful.

I grow a crop of Sugar Snaps in the fall. In fact I start my fall peas around July 23. They always do great for me.

Agree. Mine were finished 3 weeks ago. In your zone you probably got another week but that's it.
