| This year I tried growing Jimmy Nardello peppers and was not disappointed. they are prolific producers! So, I have lot of peppers ripening and I thought I might try pickling some of them. I think they are fantastic fresh (I haven't even gotten around to frying them yet), but I didn't know if they would pickle well. Has anyone out there pickled this variety? |

| Honestly you can pickle just about any peppers. It will change the flavor of course as well as the texture (softer) but that is true with any peppers. | Good for drying too...perhaps invest in a food dehydrator. Use the 20% coupon offered by Bed, Bath and Beyond (Google it). |
