Is flea beetle a problem in fall for broccoli?

I am re-trying broccoli. My spring ones were all eaten to death by flea beetles. I did not know that I should cover them. I got conflicting information about flea beetles in the fall. Are they still a problem?

In my area there are very few flea beetles in fall compared to spring. If you plant some arugula and mustard, the ones that are around will go after that instead of your broccoli.

Use row covers. Problem solved
