Ready to start making pickles

This spring and summer in Ohio have been difficult, to put it nicely. But it must be perfect for the vining plants as they are all doing great. Also have a bumper crop of onions. Still waiting on tomatoes, early potatoes did okay, but late potatoes (main crop) mostly drowned. Hoping third time is a charm for green beans, and so far so good. Just planted carrots for fall, and also started cabbage and kohlrabi plants. (Kohlrabi also makes excellent pickles.)
