over heated brocolli

I made the mistake of planting brocolli next to a white wall now we have a heat wave if I water in the morning they are wilting by afternoon next year I will plant eggplant there! They are a good size the size I would soon expect florets so is it too late to replant somewhere else? Or should I water them twice a day while heat continues?

Broccoli responds well to getting its feet cooled off. Flood the plants with cold water.

Definitely too late to move them. Can you cover the wall?
