Fusarium Wilt on peas? (yellowing from bottom up)

My Snow Peas plants were doing tremendous. I got a decent crop out of them even. They all put out new flushes of growth covered in flowers and now small peas. But of course something has to go wrong. The plant began yellowing and drying from the bottom up. The leaves that is. I didn't think much of it, but now I am, because entire plants are showing it now. I did some research and it might be Fusarium wilt? Is there anything to do about this? or are they goners?
