Not any different than any other squash. A sturdy trellis would be fine, but I would also suggest that you support each developing fruit with a sling so it doesn't break off under its own weight when larger.

Actually easier than many other squash because it's C. moschata, and therefore resistant to squash vine borer. Same species as butternut.
