Hi,I'm having a great gardening year, however I do have one issue with my vegetable garden, the odor from the fertilizer,I till my dog and cats feces into the soil,it seems to work amazingly good, however the odor is becoming hard to handle ,is there anything i can do to help relieve this problem?

Are you not worried by the toxoplasmosis parasite that is likely in your cat's fecal matter???

As long as you are washing the produce well, it shouldn't be much of a problem. But I would stop using the dog and cat waste as fertilizer. It's one thing for a stray cat to poop in your garden, but using it as a direct fertilizer is not recommended. Especially considering their diets are full of meats which don't fully digest and are contained in their waste which then takes a while to break down... Probably where the stink is coming from....
