Congrats on the potato flowers. I think they are some of the nicest flowers. Just as finicky as the plants are bearing flowers, they can be finicky bearing seed pods. If your flowers turn into seed pods, they will look like small green tomatoes anywhere from cherry tomato sized and smaller, and I'm assuming that the actual seeds are inside the pods. The pods are poisinous, so don't eat them. I don't even know what a potato seed looks like as most of us just grow potatoes from potatoes.

Potato seeds look like miniature sesame seeds. they are about the size of strawberry seeds. Very few commercial potato varieties are fertile, especially self fertile. Many have sterile pollen, and eve if you have fertile varieties they are finicky about temperature. Katahdin is one common variety that will often produce berries.

Yukon Gold is an offspring of Katahdin, and if you can get it to flower it will sometimes set berries, but often it is too early to even flower.

If the flowers get pollinated a small tomato like fruit will grow. and just like tomato, there will seeds inside. Of course the fruit has to ripen.
