Spaghetti Squash Leaves Yellowing

This spaghetti squash vine was prolific even during days so hot it wilted in the afternoon. I harvested between 15-20lbs of over the past two months or so (as well as over 10lbs from the black beauty zucchini beside them in that raised bed) and really enjoyed them, so I'm concerned because the leaves have started to go yellow.

The box is only a foot deep -- I wonder if it might just be running out of gas. Those two plants have made much of the soil they're in (a Mel's-like mix with perlite instead of vermiculite, along with about a half pound of Azomite per sq ft). The ground below is rocky and dry.

A couple of the latest fruit have a brown bottom, reminds me of blossom end rot. Is this a calcium or some other deficiency? Something I can address before it's too late?

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!
