What is this? It's pretty big.

Possibilities include Collard, broccoli.

I agree. Cook a leaf the size of your hand and see if it tastes good. If so it's collards. I have mistaken the two when setting out seedlings. But right now my fall broccoli is really bluish, so I'm guessing you have Georgia collards. Yum.
