Catfacing caused by cool temperatures during pollination and fruit set. We've had a weird summer - at least you got fruit, we had a lot of blossom drop (and very few ripe fruit yet)!

Those look like good tomatoes to me. Not the perfect slicers, but I see a nice salad coming out of those.

Sometimes it is just part of the character of the variety. It is not weather or pollination related. Some are lobed, some are "cat faced". This often seen in Black Krim, Brandywine.

Another possibility is that the seeds you planted came from an unintentional cross pollinated fruit.
