What are your nighttime tempts projected for?

I think if it cooled down significantly during the night, they should be ok - it it's high 70's80's as low, then I'd be concerned.

Beans I don't think are cool loving like peas, what kind of beans do you have?

Thank you for your reply! Lows are upper 60s, low 70s. I have tendergreen bush beans. Down here in the south, they grow well as fall crops b/c they are so quick. You're right, I should be ok to plant those. I was more concerned with the peas and broccoli.
If it were you, would you go ahead and plant them? Or would you leave them in their little peat pots another week? I worry they are starting to outgrow their temporary home. Thanks again for your help! Ally

If your home will have some air conditioning, leave it inside. If not, I'd plant them out and hope for the best. Will someone be able to water them if you are away and it is super hot and dry? Or can you do any timer irrigation?

a greenhouse would intensify the temps, but might mitigate moisture lose, so a minus and a plus.

Might be best to put them out, soak them whenever you have to leave or have a neighbor/friend water them for you.

I have my peas, broc et all outside...90's yesterday and today! What can you do?

Yeah, the greehounse will definitely intensify temps, but I was storing it on my porch in the shade to keep the seedlings cool.
We do have AC, but I worry my little guys are outgrowing their peat pots they've been in and am a bit nervous about leaving them in them for another week, whether indoors or not.
Hubby will be home until Friday and be back on Monday, so they'll get enough water. I got another tip from someone that I could use little branches from shrubs or trees are temporary shade for the little seedlings I'm most concerned about. I think I may try that. :-)
