Marglobe tomato plant dying

My Marglobe transplant is dying. It is a determinant transplanted in May and I got about 10 nice tomatoes from it. It is kind of wilty, the bottom leaves are yellowing, and the top leaves are becoming dark like a deficiency.

Is this just the normal way determinants go? If it is a disease I want to pull the plant, it only has one tiny tomato left, and the indeterminates down the row are kicking into gear.
