good soybean for fresh eating?

I tried to convince the farmers at the market to grow fresh soybeans next year but they insist there isn't a market for it. Nevermind that the farmers market is in the middle of korean town/neighborhoods. So now I need to just grow it myself. Do you know of a good variety for fresh eating? Something heirloom would be even better. Thanks!
