Cucumbers female flowers wilting

Hello,
is it normal for the female flowers to wilt after pollination? This is the only cucumber I have so far and the flower is wilted... so I am worried this is as big as the cucumbers going to get.

also, if u see the leaf behind it.... almost all my leaves have those white spots. Is it ok that I have been cutting leaves off?? Thank you!

Yes, it's normal for the flower to dry up and fall off, the cuke looks just fine, and the leaf seems to have some powdery mildew going, as far as I can see from the photo.

If that is really powdery mildew (which looked quite possible) then you should assume the worst now. Your whole cucumber plant will wilt and die very soon in most cases.

Theres nothing you can do to get rid of it? Is it safe cut cut the leaves off? Thanks for your responses...

Fungicides can retard it. If it's just a few leaves you can take them off, but the spores are all over. Best to spray preemptively for PM
