First year success growing cukes

My wife and I both like pickles so we decided to grow cucumbers. Planted them late, in July, as a second crop after peas in the same container. Burpee Pickler, and Boston Pickler. Cobbed together a trellis and planted. They grew really well. We're up to 13 quarts of pickles and counting. Funny, had cucumber beetles on the bush beans right next to the cucumbers, but never saw one on the cucumbers. Go figure.
