Accidentally ran off the bees?

So I planted my late summer/fall vegetables last month, and they shot up and have been doing great. But all the female blossoms on the cucumbers, squash and pumpkins have just been shriveling and falling off. I also realized today that I haven't seen the usual crowd of bumble bees around my garden lately, though I still have tons of zinnias and basil in bloom. After looking into it more, I realized I screwed up. I used Captain Jack's Dead Bug several weeks ago on the advice of a nursery employee, and found out today that it is highly toxic to bees. Lesson learned, but now what? I only have bumble bees around here, no honey bees, so have they just decided to move elsewhere? Anyone think they'll be back later this fall or next spring, or are they smart enough to not come back to my garden for good?
