spaghetti squash

About 2 weeks ago I picked a nice spaghetti squash and left it out on my screened porch. It was a beautiful yellow color and the skin did not mark when poked by my nail. Ripe, right? The temps were warm, 90+. The last couple of days the temps have been in the 50s. What a change. Anyway, today when I looked at my squash I noticed it has turned a light green. These squash start out yellow and stayed yellow. Anyone ever have this happen before? I picked 3 on the same day and the others are still yellow. Weird!
