Melothria scabra is best known as the Mexican Sour Gherkin.I t is sometimes called the Mouse Melon. Grape sized with a cucumber flavor. Some folks think it has a slight lemony flavor. Used in salads and pickles.

These sound very interesting, please let us know how they do for you. I would be interested in trying them next year.
