Is it sign of nutrient deficiency?

The tomato plants that I bought from the local nursery have grown a bit and have started to flower. However, I have noticed that some of their newer leaves are pale greenish / yellowish in color. At the tips of the leaves, the color is green but the part which is towards the stem is yellow. I have attached a picture so that you may find it easier in assessing the problem.

On my little internet research, my inclination is towards under fertilization. Just wanted to confirm from the experts over here.

I have been fertilizing them once a week. I believe this might have to be increased as the plants grow?

Appreciate your help / feedback.
