We love it. You are right that it is prolific but only works as a pepperoncini if picked young and small.

Otherwise it it is a sweet chili, more like a frying pepper, not a 'hot'. The more color it develops the sweeter it gets so try it at various stages of green to red.

Pickles beautifully and also freezes well, roasted first or not, for cooking during the winter.
