What to Grow in a Large Area?

I'm planning for next season. This is my main vege garden, about 6'x30'. It will be at the back of the fenced area. I planted hot peppers and cucumbers this year.

I was thinking of planting sweet corns, but now I'm not sure if that is an efficient way. When in season, the sweet corns sell for about 4-5 ears/dollar. Cheap. Of course, the garden grown ones are sweeter, but....

Basically here I'm looking for ideas of garden vegetables:
1. Relatively easy to care for;
2. Not cheaply available at farmer's market;
3. Size not too short, since this is at the back of the garden;
4. Efficient in terms of yield/unit area.

I've already allocated beds for the tender (and short) vegetables in the front of the garden, like peas, peppers, greens. I also have beds for sunflowers, black/raspberry, blueberry and tomatos.
