what can i do with sprouted seeds inside buttersquash?

Honestly nothing this time of year unless you live where it is still warm enough to plant them. You don't indicate your zone or where you live.

If you do live where it is planting time then plant them carefully and baby them along until they get adapted. otherwise just throw them away.

thanx was curious since never seen seeds sprout like that
i did plant a couple of seeds in plastic cups to see what would happen. two are growing and have leaves popping thru
not much of a green thumb so i doubt they will survive but wil try btw i live in southrn calif so they mighy have a slight chance
