I intend to over winter Pepper plant which is already two seasons old ( Summer of 2013 1nd 2014). Since plant is about 6 feet tall I trimmed off most of the leaves to reduce the stress of transplanting the plant from garden soil into pot to take the plant in the Sun room during winter.Since most of the leaves have been trimmed off the wilting of leaves near the shoots are negligible.i hope this will reduce the stress on the plant due to less demand for food and it will survive the coming winter.I am posting the pic. of the plant to share with you.
