Taste of 'Red Giant' Mustard Greens vs other Mustard Greens?

I'm a huge fan of mustard greens. I've always stuck to growing 'Southern Giant' and 'Florida Broadleaf.' On a whim, I bought some 'Red Giant' seeds. I've never grown or eaten this type of mustard before. Before I possibly waste scarce vegetable bed space with a veg that I turn out not to like, can some of you describe the taste of this variety in comparison to the other two? Is it peppery and pungent? Milder like tatsoi?

To me, it's a little milder. I really, really like all mustard greens, and I really, really like Red Giant. It is also visually stunning in the winter garden, if you care about that kind of thing ... in addition to steaming it, we also rip some to add to our salads. Very attractive. Quintin

Is this different from "Japanese Red Giant"? I have seeds for those and was thinking about planting some.

Straight out of the garden, Red Giant will make your nose run. After going for a spin in a salad spinner you won't be able to distinguish it from the rest of the lettuce in a salad.
