| WHAT CAN i make with the three I picked from a local guy 's gleaned garden ? are they fryable or sauteable. ALL HE( the great local gardener guy) SAID IT WAS A WHITE RADISH ... course they had gone to seed. Some of the seed pods were tasty. Hubby sliced off a piece of one of the radishes while still in the garden plot.He said it was tasty,,,,,

| I include my oversize radishes in pans of mixed roasted vegetables, and I think they are delicious. |
| If they have gone to seed already, they are perhaps too tough/fibrous to eat. |
| Try grating and making Kimchee. |
