I suggest that you add a little lime, some compost and some composted manure. It will do fine

My understanding is that manure is rich in phosphorus and potassium. I agree to add lots of compost, which will take care of your nitrogen needs and will help acidify, but you might stay away from manure. pH 7.4 is fine. No, don't add lime. That increases pH. Sulfur is the standard acidification additive. But if you live in an area with limestone, even your groundwater is probably slightly alkaline, so trying to acidify your soil might be hard. OK, so you aren't going to grow blueberries, and potatoes might not do that well.

NO, NO lime. Lime will raise pH. You have to add acidifiers. They sell some Sulfur compounds in garden centers to lower pH.

Since, your soil is already rich in Potassium (K) and Phosphorus (P), You can get "Ammonium Sulfate" (N) , that is a kind of Nitrogen fertilizer. That will supply nitrogen and also will help to reduce pH. I bough a bag of it last year from Lowes.
Although pH of 7.4 is in BASE territory but it is not extremely high. Most garden veggies will do fairly ok in that pH. Some herbs actualyl love alkaline soil. But the most optimum pH level is 6.8, that is slightly acid.
Adding organic matter (compost, leaf mold, pine needle, ..) can also help lower pH in a positive way.

Just remember, that changing pH (either way) is not an overnite thing. It will take time.

If i was in your shoes, i would add compost and an organic source of nitrogen(blood,feather,alfalfa meal,etc.. I wouldn't go out of the way throwing sulfer or any synthetic chemicals to lower pH or fertilize.. Most plants do just fine in that pH... Plus the compost will probably help balence the pH..

So i would add a compost(least couple inches, ideally)and mulch(couple inches) with leaves, grass clippings, straw, etc.. Probably add some organic fertilizer, or compost if the plants seem yellow and deficient.. Keep adding compost every season.. That's about it..

Not much to add, except I think chard, beets, and maybe spinach all like a higher pH. So your soil might grow some really good ones.
