Experience storing summer vegetables

November 1 I picked about 15 small green tomatoes. I stored them in a cool room that stayed in the upper 50s to lower 60s in a brown paper bag. Five weeks later 90% had turned red and were in perfect condition. They tasted a little better than hot house store bought tomatoes. I'm wondering how long green tomatoes can be stored and what are the ideal conditions.

Also, I have found that large zucchinis store well due possibly to their thicker skins. I picked my last zucchini in October and it lasted 4 week in the refrigerator before it was eaten.

Eggplant has a very short storage life for me but the finger size white (I don't know the name) lasts longer at about 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
